2. Size: standard size or custom size, if dress is custom made, we need to size as following

3. Delivery time:
Normal time: Within 25 days (From May to Dec)
Around 30 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.15-20 days

4, Packing: in order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag .
5, Shipping: by UPS or DHL or some special airline.
6, Payment: Paypal, bank transfer, western union, money gram and so on.
7, Return Policy:
1) Because each dress is hand-made, there will be 5%-10% difference between the product picture and the product you receive. ,if you request 100% same as the picture, please don t make payment. i am sorry for it.
2)We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, or you do no not love it after you received it and some other reasons for it .We refuse return the items without any quality problems
3)If you find the Dress is in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear pictures within 3 working days since you receive the dress. You can return and refund after our confirmation;
4) If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear pictures within 2 working days since you receive the dress. We can solve this thing together .
5)Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because chromatic aberration, we will not accept.
8, if you return it .please see it
1). You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.
2). Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.
3). Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.
4). Just quality problems or size mistake, we accept returning.
5).The shipping method that we used for u then when u ship it back you must use the same one.if we ship the dress to you by DHL/UPS then you need to use this one too.

9, Custom taxes
Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.

1.Shipping Methods We Offer:
DHL,TNT, UPS, Fedex etc. All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.
We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.
2. Delivery time:
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Standard delivery: Within 16 days (From May to Dec)
Around 15-20 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.
Rush delivery:Within 7-15 days.
If you need the dress urgently, you can choose the shipping way Rush delivery.Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.
We understand that each dress is important for each customer, but please note that our dresses are all made to order, once the tailoring process has begun, the materials can not be reused. But there is still time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below Please see details below:
- Order cancellation within 24 hours after the order is paid: you will get a full refund.
- Order cancellation from 24 to 48 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consist of 50% of the item price and the total shipping cost.
- Order cancellation from 48 to 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consist of 30% of the item price and the total shipping cost.
- Order cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consist of 10% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
- Once the item has been shipped out, the order can't be canceled.
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. And we will get back to you with the amount to refund according to the above cacellation policy.
2.1. Return Policies In Brief:
1). You can get refund for Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped items, Size Deviation & Color Mismatch problems, etc.
2). Please understand that dresses that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
3). You are not allowed to exchange or refund for the situation of "Everything is right, but I just don't like it".
Note: For detailed return policy, please read the following policy carefully.
2.2. General Return Policies
2.2.1. We DO NOT Refund unconditionally. You need to provide us with photos to prove the problems as detailed as possible and we have taken photos of dresses before delivery to avoid fraud.
2.2.2.Because all of our dress are hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product photos on our website and the real product you receive. If you request 100% same as the picture, please don't make payment. I am sorry for it.
2.2.3. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 3 days upon receiving your item(s).
2.2.4. We only accept items in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our approval. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service at Contact Us and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package. Any returns without our approval can not get any refunds or exchanges.
2.2.5. Mis-shipped products: Once we have confirmed your mis-shipped item (item shipped was not the item you ordered), we will be responsible for item exchange. You may also have the right to return the product and get a full refund.
2.2.6. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what you ordered, then you are qualified to get a full refund(Color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not included). In another words, you can keep the dress and also get a half refund.
2.2.7.Dress is not the size you ordered
Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
2.2.8.Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost. Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
2.2.9. Return Flawless Products: If you need to return flawless items, you have to pay 60% of the dress price as restocking fee, and shipping cost is not returnable. And you need to pay the shipping cost to return the dress as well. Please note that returning packages need prior approval from Customer Service Department.
Please note that we will not accept any returned items by the color difference which is caused by your display monitor or the weather condition.
1) Please email to email@example.com within 3 days after you received the item, please enclose an explanation about the dress problems with photographs for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service Department.
2) Once you receive the email from firstname.lastname@example.org that states your return request is approved, please send back the items to our designated address as soon as possible and update us with a tracking number.
3) Once we receive the returned item, we will process the case in 2 to 4 business days. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded and cannot be shipped back to you. Please kindly note that the refund efficiency also depends on the credit card bank's processing-cycle.
Bridal sizes typically run smaller than regular clothes. So if you usually wear a 4 in the states, it doesn't necessarily mean that you are also a 4 with us. Please compare your body measurements with our size chart before choosing your size.
Our size chart reflects body measurements, NOT dress measurements.
By standard size, extra 2 inches (ca.5 cm) will be added to dress length (based on Shoulder to Floor) to allow for shoes.
